Perinatal Mental Health

This is what I wanted, right?
Approximately 1 in 5 pregnant people will develop a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder during pregnancy or within 12 months of giving birth.
Therapy for Adults
There are changes in your life can be exciting and happy, while others may be overwhelming or difficult to manage. Some life changes may be so overpowering that they have a negative effect on your self-esteem, relationships, and overall happiness levels.
Reaching out for help takes courage because this is done during a vulnerable time in your life. The therapeutic relationship is significant and meaningful in helping to create lasting changes and a space for healing.
Therapy for Teens (16+)
Many teens are struggling with unrealistic expectations. They may be isolating, experiencing anger, sadness, disconnecting or acting in a way that no longer resembles your teen. Some teens are dealing with self-esteem issues or battling anxiety due to all the demands they have to navigate in life.
Therapy can be a safe environment for teens to explore their deep powerful feelings, values, and goals with guidance from a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist allowing them to move towards a healthy engagement with their environment.
